About the Role

We are looking for a creative and adaptable Instructional Designer to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality e-learning solutions, collaborating closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure training content meets client needs.

As this is a remote position, candidates must be flexible with working hours to accommodate client time zones. Proficiency in English and experience with e-learning authoring tools such as IsEazy, Synthesia, and Adobe Captivate is required. Additionally, you will need your own laptop or computer with reliable internet access.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop interactive and engaging e-learning modules using tools like IsEazy, Synthesia, and Adobe Captivate.
Collaborate with SMEs to gather course content and ensure it aligns with learning objectives.
Develop learner-centered course materials that meet the specific needs of clients.
Adapt to varying client schedules and time zones for smooth collaboration.
Test and troubleshoot e-learning courses for functionality, engagement, and usability.
Ensure content is clear, concise, and accessible for a wide range of learners.

Requirements

Qualifications:


1-3 years of experience in instructional design or e-learning development.

Proficiency in using e-learning authoring tools such as IsEazy, Synthesia, and Adobe Captivate.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Experience working with SMEs to create effective learning materials.

Understanding of adult learning principles and best practices in e-learning.

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.

Flexibility to adjust working hours for client needs and time zones.

Must have access to a laptop/computer and reliable internet connection.
